Go to http://fedacash.com/auth/forgot-password, enter your email, and a four-digit password reset code will be sent to you. Use it to reset your password and regain full control of your account.
You'll typically need:
- A valid government-issued ID (preferably NIN).
- Bank Verification Number (BVN).
- In some cases, proof of address (like a utility bill or bank statement).
Verifying your account ensures:
- Better security for your funds and personal data.
- Compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) standards.
- Access to higher transaction limits and premium features.
Once verified, you'll see a 'Verified' badge on your profile and receive a confirmation message or email.
To update your profile information:
- Log in to your FEDACASH account.
- Tap on "Profile" or your avatar icon.
- Select "Edit Profile."
- Update your details.
- Tap "Save Changes."
If you receive an error or the update doesn't go through:
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
- Double-check that all fields are filled correctly.
- Clear your app cache or try logging out and back in.

Most updates appear instantly. However, changes that require verification (like Address verification) may take up to 24–48 hours for approval.
